These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase from Cloud Nine Peptides LLC, doing business as Best Choice Peptides (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order request you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and research use

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organization. All products are sold strictly for in vitro and laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics. By ordering you confirm you will handle, store and use products only for lawful research by trained persons, in line with our Research-Use Disclaimer.

2. Orders

Submitting an order request is an offer to buy. We review each request and confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if we suspect the products will be used outside research, if information is incomplete or if an item is unavailable. Products are sold as 10-vial kits.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you submit your order request. Payment is made by the method you choose at checkout. For Zelle, Cash App and crypto (USDC & Ethereum), we email payment details after you submit your request, and your order ships once payment is confirmed. Where card payment is offered, it is processed securely by our payment processor.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship with tracking within 72 hours of confirmed payment, excluding weekends. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. See Shipping & Payment.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. No medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product descriptions are for identification and research reference only and make no claims about treating, curing or preventing any condition.

7. Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession and use of products, and for safe handling and disposal. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of products or breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Products are provided for research purposes as described, without any other warranty, express or implied, to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Website use

All site content, images and branding belong to Cloud Nine Peptides LLC or its licensors. Do not copy, misuse or interfere with the site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
